As a National Intercountry Social Work Resource Centre, CFAB provides a number of resources for UK social work practitioners, agencies, authorities and individuals. We also work closely with universities and colleges, offering regular student placements and providing input and classes for educational courses.

We provide:

As a consequence of globalisation, social work practices have increasingly cross-border and international dimensions which practitioners may often feel ill-equipped to deal with. CFAB addresses this knowledge gap by working in partnership with practitioners and educational establishments to build their capacity to deliver effective intercountry social work practices.
